Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology (GAT-B) provides admission in 1,331 seats in 79 universities in India. These seats are available in DBT-supported postgraduate programs in biotechnology, life science, agricultural biotechnology and related fields. The GAT-B exam is divided into two sections: Section I include 60 mandatory multiple choice questions from 10+2 levels, and in Section II contain 100 multi-class questions from graduation. Candidates will have to try only 60 questions from Section II, and the duration of the examination will be 3 hours (180 minutes).
