- The guest teacher will be able to register a request for attendance in the school only in the same penal.
- If a penal had 2 or more vacancies last year and there is 1 vacancy this year, then in such a situation the guest teacher with the best score card will be presented. Other guest teachers will be able to participate in the school option selection process.
- In the school where the guest teacher working in the last session 2024-25, action will be taken by the guest teacher in the same school to register requests for the presence of his own login ID. Therefore, the guest teacher will take action to register attendance in the concerned school within the stipulated time on GFMS Portal 3.0.
- After testing the information of academic / professional / teacher eligibility test recorded in the score card before making attendance of guest teacher in -charge of school in -charge of the school, the presence of guest teacher will be certified on the portal. If the information is found to be flawless, you will take action to reject the request for the presence on the portal.
- Guest teachers will essentially give their presence in the respective school till 02.07.2025 with online attendance sheet. If the guest teacher in the school does not give request for attendance within the time fixed and the presence of the concerned will be automatically canceled if the request is not present within a time limit for verification of request in the school. After this, the applicant will have to participate in the process of new school option selection for remaining vacancies.
- The school in -charge will obtain a print of online attendance sheet from the guest teacher, will maintain a copy with signature and seal as a school record and give a verified copy to the guest teacher.
- In the academic session 2025-26, the proceedings of the guest teacher are completely online, no guest teacher will be invited offline.
