DCIL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for DCIL Recruitment 2024, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational qualification:

During the training period, the dredge cadets will receive a stipend of ₹15,000 per month and a food allowance of ₹600 per day. Selected candidates will also have to give a bank guarantee of ₹3 lakh or deposit the same amount with the Dredging Corporation of India (DCI). This is to ensure that they will serve the DCI for five years after completing their training and obtaining the Certificate of Competency (CoC).
DCIL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
For Dredge Cadets:
- Selection will be based on percentage of marks obtained in essential qualification and performance in interview.
- The management has the sole discretion to fill the vacancies based on the suitability of the candidate. No claims for appointment will be considered if the vacancies remain vacant due to ineligibility or inadequate candidates.
- The candidature of the applicants is provisional and subject to verification of certificates and testimonials.
For First Class and Second Class Inland Masters:
- Selection will be based only on performance in the interview.

DCIL Recruitment 2024 How to Apply
Candidates interested in attending the interview should email their CV to recruitmentfs@dsil.co.in at least three days before the walk-in interview. Along with their CV, they must attach copies of the following documents: (i) 10th Class/SSC Certificate as proof of date of birth, (ii) Certificate of Competency (COC) as proof of Inland Master First Class or Second Class, ( iii) STCW 2010 Modular Course Certificate, (iv) Indian CDC, INDOS, and Indian Passport, (v) Community Certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates and EWS Certificate in prescribed format.
