School Education Department Telangana has released the official notification for TS TET Exam 2024. TS TET Application Form 2024 link is scheduled to be activated on 7th November 2024. Applicants are advised to go through the TS TET Eligibility Criteria 2024 before submitting online. Application forms to ensure that they satisfy all the eligibility criteria for Paper I and Paper II. TS TET Eligibility Criteria 2024

The eligibility criteria for Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET) 2024 is designed to ensure that candidates meet the essential qualifications for teaching posts in government schools. To be eligible, candidates must have minimum 50% marks in Senior Secondary or equivalent examination and must have completed 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) for TS TET Paper I and have minimum 50% marks in Needed In your graduation or equivalent examination and must have completed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree for TS TET Paper II. Candidates are required to fulfill these criteria to apply for TS TET 2024.

TS TET Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates should check the Telangana TET Eligibility Criteria 2024 in detail. It is extremely important for the candidates to check the TET Eligibility Criteria 2024 before submitting their online application form as this will ensure whether they are eligible to appear in the TS TET Exam 2024 or not. Candidates who fail to comply with the eligibility criteria will face rejection or disqualification.

Paper – I (Class I to Class V)
  • Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks. However, in case of SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates, the minimum marks will be 45%. And passed 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).Or
  • Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks. In respect of SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates, the minimum marks will be 40%. And in case of those candidates passed 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) or enrolled in D.Ed. Before the issue of these guidelines, L.Ed/D.Ed. Syllabus (23-12-2015).Or
  • Graduation with at least 50% marks, however in case of SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates, minimum marks should be 45% and passed in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)/Bachelor of Education (Special Education) Needed
Paper – II (Class VI to Class VIII)
  • BA/B.Sc/B.Com with at least 50% marks. In case of SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates the minimum marks will be 45%. And passed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course/Bachelor of Education (B.Ed-Special Education). Or
  • BA/B.Sc/B.Com with at least 50% marks. In respect of SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates, the minimum marks will be 40%. And in case of candidates who have passed Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course/Bachelor of Education (B.Ed-Special Education) or have completed B.Ed before the issue of these guidelines. Taking admission in the course (23-12-2015).Or
  • 4-year B.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. with at least 50% marks, minimum marks will be 45% in case of SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates.Or
  • Graduation with the concerned language as one of the optional subjects or Graduation in Oriental Language (or its equivalent) or Graduation in Literature or Post Graduation in the concerned language and the concerned language with Bhasha Pandit Training Certificate/B.Ed. Of language teachers.Or
  • BE/B.Tech with at least 50% marks and passed/pursuing Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.Ed. (special education). In respect of SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates, the minimum marks will be 45%.

Telangana TET Eligibility Criteria 2024 Age Limit

School Education Department Telangana has not set any age limit for the candidates willing to apply for TS TET Exam 2024. However, candidates must be above 18 years of age.
