Eligibility Criteria Recruitment 2024
- Education:Applicants must have relevant qualifications for each post. For medical posts, it includes MBBS, MD, MS, DM, M.Ch or equivalent degree recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). For non-medical positions, Master’s or Ph.D. Required in the relevant field.
- Experience: Depending on the post, teaching or research experience is required. For example:
- professor: 14 years teaching experience.
- associate professor: 6 years teaching experience.
- assistant professor: 3 years teaching experience.
- age limit,
- Professor and Additional Professor: Maximum age is 58 years.
- Associate Professor and Assistant Professor: Maximum age is 50 years.
- special Notes: 13 posts are reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD), and other reservations are applicable as per Government of India rules.
pay scale: The pay scales are as per 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission), and the monthly salary in the posts filled on contract basis is fixed as:
- professor: ₹2,20,000 per month (depending on contract).
- additional professor: ₹2,00,000 per month (on contract basis).
