The exam will be conducted centrally by an agency nominated by HQ AWES to select candidates for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Primary Teacher (PRT) posts in Army Public Schools. Detailed information including date, time and venue of the exam will be given with the admit card.
AWES Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme
For each category, there will be one question paper of 200 marks, which will include one for Foundational Stage and PRT and one for each subject for PGT and TGT. The exam will be conducted online and will consist of 200 multiple choice questions. Candidates will get one mark for each correct answer, while 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours.

AWES Selection Process 2024
