BIS Skill Test Date 2025 for Group A, B and C


The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) released skill testing dates for Group A, B, and C posts on 14 February 2025, including technical assistants (laboratory), senior technicians and technicians. Candidates who have successfully qualified for the written examination will now have to appear for practical skills testing, which is the final stage of selection. The skill test has been determined on the basis of post and discipline from 03 March to 11 March 2025.

The BIS Skill Test is an important stage in the recruitment process for the posts of BIS Skill Test 2025 Technical Assistant, Senior Technician and Technician. Candidates should be well prepared for practical skill evaluation, as it will determine their final selection. Important instructions for BIS Skill Testing 2025

  • Reporting time: Candidates will have to reach the test center between 09:00 am and 09:30 am. Latecommers may not be allowed to participate in skill testing.
  • Necessary documents: Take the original admit card, valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID/Driving License), and two passport-shaped photos.
  • Practical test period: The skill test will evaluate practical knowledge on the hands and will begin at 10:00 am.
  • dress code: Candidates should wear a comfortable dress suitable for practical tasks, especially for technical positions such as welding, plumbing and electrical work.
  • Skill Testing Nature: The test will include real -time technical and practical assessments to check the efficiency of the candidate in their respective subjects.
  • Final selection: Performing in skill tests for final selection in BIS recruitment for Group A, B, and C Posts is important.
