The BSPHCL exam 2025 is to be held on 2 and 3 June 2025 in various posts. The exam will be conducted in three shifts: S1 (9:00 AM – 10:30 AM), S2 (12:30 PM – 2:00 PM), and S3 (4:00 PM – 5:30 PM). Examination Day Guidelines should follow each BSPHCL candidate
To ensure a smooth and fair examination process, BSPHCL has released a detailed set of instructions for candidates seen in 2025 CBT. All applicants should follow these exams day guidelines so that the candidature avoid disqualification or cancellation. Below are the major rules that each candidate should keep in mind:
- Reach on time: Before the gate is closed, candidates will have to report to the examination center, as latcomers will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances.
- Take appropriate documents: Bring a printed copy of the admit card and a valid original photo ID proof (eg Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport, etc.). Photocopy or digital IDs will not be accepted.
- Dress Code Case: Candidates should avoid wearing shoes, socks and full sleeves. Simple sandals or slippers are allowed. Shoes with coarse soles and clothing with large buttons or designs may be due to delay or refusal to enter.
- Stationary Guidelines: Only transparent pen (blue or black) is allowed inside the examination hall.
- prohibited items: Take mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, smartwatches, calculators, storage media, or any type of paper to the center.
- Biometric and Fiscing: All candidates will have to undergo frisking, iris scanner-based biometric verification and identity check.
- No rough paper from outside: Sheets of some work will be provided inside the examination hall. It is strictly prohibited to carry your own paper.
