CG Vyapam ADO Selection Process

CG Vyapam Adeo 2025 The selection process consists of two main stages:

  1. Written exam: Candidates will have to appear for a written examination of 100 marks.
  2. Interview: Only candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for interview

The exam pattern for CG Vyapam Adeo Exam is as follows-

  1. The exam will be conducted in offline mode and will be available in Hindi as well as in Hindi.
  2. There are 100 questions of 100 marks.
  3. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded.
  4. 1/4 marks will be cut for each wrong answer.
  5. The exam should be completed in 2.30 hours.

CG Vyapam ADO Syllabus 2025 has four subjects. Each subject has a separate weightage in the examination. Rural Development Schemes and Panchayati Raj have the highest weightage, with 50 marks. Each subject is structured in different subjects, covered all important subjects. The list of intelligent subjects has been mentioned for better preparation.

General Studies – 15 points

  • Indian civilization and culture, historical events, modern history of India.
  • Constitution of India and government system, and Indian administrative structure.
  • India’s geographical features, natural resources, minerals, major industries, environment.
  • Indian economy.
  • General Science and Technology, and Current Affairs of National and International Importance.

General Knowledge of Chhattisgarh – 25 marks

  • Chhattisgarh’s history and its contribution to the freedom movement.
  • Chhattisgarh, the economy of forests and agriculture.
  • Industries of Chhattisgarh, energy, water and mineral resources.
  • Administrative structure of Chhattisgarh and Current Affairs.
  • Chhattisgarh’s geography, climate, physical characteristics, census, archaeological and tourist destinations.
  • Literature, music, dance, art, culture, folk art, idioms, proverbs, and things of Chhattisgarh.
  • Tribes, special traditions, festivals and ceremonies of Chhattisgarh.

Rural Development Schemes and Panchayati Raj – 50 marks

Livelihood related plans:

  • The role of Indian agriculture and rural economy – this includes studying the impact of animal husbandry on Green Revolution, White Revolution, Agriculture and the impact of animal husbandry on rural life.
  • Project management for livelihood, cooperative societies and banking systems.
  • Market – Definition, type, structure of local markets, types of livelihood interference, methods, etc.
  • Livestock Products and Management.
  • Role of cottage industries in providing livelihood.
  • Institutional Development-Self Help Group (SHG), type of SHG, formation process.

Panchayati raj information:

  • Features of 73rd Constitutional Amendment.
  • Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Act, 1993.
  • Gram Sabha (Village Assembly).
  • Permanent committees of village/block/district panchayats and their works.
  • Major Panchayat area schemes.
  • Three-level panchayat structure.
  • Work of village/block/district panchayats.

  • Various rural development schemes – details of objective, eligibility and assistance provided.
  • Social auditing.
  • The role of banks in implementing rural development schemes.
  • Right to Information Act, 2005.
