CPCL Executive Selection Process 2025
Candidates will be selected to evaluate their knowledge, skills and approaches through an online test (temporarily in Chennai) and/or group discussion/interview. Online test has 50 questions on general qualification (oral capacity, GK, logic, numerical capacity) and 70 questions on discipline knowledge, a total of 120 marks. For every wrong answer. Mark is fined. The duration of the test is 2 hours, in which the final selection is based on 85% written test score and 15% interview score. Candidates must have a minimum of 40% secure in both stages (35% for SC/ST/PWBD) to qualify.

CPCL Executive Salary 2025
Candidates selected for supervisory status Rs. Will get salary between 50,000 and Rs. 1,60,000. They will start with a basic salary of Rs. 50,000 in grade ‘A’ based on medical fitness. For the role of Assistant Officer (Official Language), salary is from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000, with a basic salary of Rs. 40,000 in grade ‘A0’.
