Written test – First stage of the selection process, carrying 70% weightage, assesses professional knowledge of a candidate. It is held in Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi. The examination consists of a compulsory question (40 marks) and a section, where candidates should try six of eight questions (60 marks), with a total of 100 marks. The duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
personal interview – Candidates who clean the written examination are shortlisted for interview, which takes 30% weightage.
