HAL MT Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Details of educational qualification and age limit required for HAL MT Recruitment are given below.
(1) Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary)
- skills required: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Out of the total experience required, 3 years should be in a company listed on NSE and/or BSE. - Age Limit: 55 years
(2) Deputy Manager (Survey)
- skills required: Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Civil Engineering with Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency, or M.Tech in Geomatics.
- Age Limit: 40 years
(3) Deputy Manager (R&D)
- skills required: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology, or postgraduate qualification in Chemistry, preferably with specialization in Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry.
- Age Limit: 40 years
(4) Deputy Manager (M&C)
- skills required: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce or Engineering, with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management, or MBA with specialization in Materials Management.
- Age Limit: 40 years
(5) Assistant Manager (Official Language)
- skills required,
- Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level from a recognized University, or
- Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level, or
- Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi and English subjects at degree level, OR
- Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi as a subject and English as medium at the degree level, or
- Master’s Degree in any discipline with English and Hindi as medium of instruction at degree level.
- Age Limit: 35 years
(6) Management Trainee – Human Resources
- skills required: Two years full time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HR or Personnel from a recognized institute with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST).
- Age Limit: 28 years
(7) Management Trainee – Finance
- skills required,
- Passed the final examination of CA/ICWA, or
- Two years full time MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST) from a recognized University/Institute.

- skills required: Bachelor’s degree in Law including five-year integrated LLB program with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST).
