UPSC Enforcement Officer Selection Process 2025

In UPSC EPFO Exam 2025, candidates will be selected on the basis of two phases – written examination and interview. The written examination will be of a total of 300 marks and will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates who will succeed in this written examination will be called for the next phase ie interview, which will be of a total of 100 marks.

In the selection process, the weightage of the written examination will be 75% and 25% of the interview.

It is mandatory to get minimum marks in the interview phase, which are determined separately according to the category, which are-

  • Scheduled Castes/Tribe/Disabled (SC/ST/PH) – At least 40 digits
  • General class – At least 50 digits
  • OBC Class (OBC) – At least 45 digits

UPSC EPFO Exam Pattern 2025

The UPSC EPFO exam is conducted for a total of 300 marks, out of which the written examination will be of 200 marks and the interview will be 100 marks. This examination will be of objective type, which will have four options for each question and candidates will have to choose the correct answer.

On every correct answer 2.5 digits Will be given, while on every wrong answer 1/3 point cut (negative marking) Will be done If a question is left, that is, its answer is not chosen, then there will be no penalty.

  1. In this examination, multiple choice types of questions will be asked.
  2. The question paper will be in both Hindi and English languages.
  3. All questions will be of equal marks.
  4. For this you will be provided a total of 2HR time.
  5. There is a provision of negative marking of 1/3 marks in this examination.
