• Those who have passed matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit subject are also eligible.

Haryana Police Constable Selection Process 2024

A large number of vacancies have been announced for constable posts through the Haryana Police Recruitment 2024 notification, so HSSC has decided to follow a proper selection process to fill the vacant posts. The selection of the candidate will be based on three stages- which include:-

• Preparation of merit list on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in Common Eligibility Test (CET).
• After this the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
• Candidates who successfully clear the PMT are then shortlisted for Physical Test (PST) to evaluate their fitness.
• The last stage is the knowledge test, in this stage, the selected candidates have to give an OMR based exam of 94.5 marks.

Haryana Police Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern

The selection process for Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2024 consists of various stages, the exam pattern for these stages also varies. Therefore, candidates must be well aware of the pattern and details of every stage which helps them to get an idea about the upcoming exam or test.

Exam Pattern for Physical Screening Test (PST)

Candidates who qualify the physical measurement test appear for the PST round. In this stage, the physical fitness and stamina of the candidate is evaluated for the post of Haryana Police Constable.

Exam Pattern for Knowledge Test

After clearing the PMT and PST, candidates qualify for the offline exam i.e. Knowledge Test. The Haryana Police Constable Exam 2024 consists of a total of 100 questions for a total of 94.5 marks.

• The questions will be asked in bilingual languages ​​i.e. English and Hindi.
• There is no negative marking for any wrong answer, however, if the candidate does not mark any answer then 0.945 marks will be deducted for that particular question.
• A total time of 105 minutes will be allotted to the candidates to take the Haryana Police Constable OMR-based exam.
• +0.945 marks will be awarded for each correct answer.
• It will only have objective/multiple choice questions.

Comment:- Candidates having NCC certificate of A, B or C level will get 01, 02 and 03 marks respectively.

Minimum Qualifying Marks for Knowledge Test

To qualify the knowledge test for Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2024, it is important to score at least 50% of the total marks by candidates belonging to the general categories. For those belonging to the reserved categories, the minimum qualifying marks for the Haryana Police Constable Exam 2024 are 40%.

Haryana Police Constable Salary 2024
