Not getting UGC NET certificate
Candidates who do not receive the e-copy of UGC NET certificate should contact NTA through email ugcnet@nta.ac.in Or ecertificate@nta.ac.inIn the email, candidates should mention non-receipt of UGC NET certificate and provide details like their roll number, UGC NET exam date and UGC ref. No.
If candidates have not submitted attested copies of the required documents, they can attach these documents to the email. The following documents should be included, all attested by a Gazetted Officer with their official stamp, name, designation and official address:
- High School/Higher Secondary/Matriculation certificate showing date of birth.
- Master’s Degree/Provisional Certificate.
- Consolidated mark sheet of Master Degree course. If grades were used, a conversion table in terms of consolidated percentages should be provided from the issuing authority.
- Caste Certificate (only for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
- Certificate of Physical Disability (only for Physically Handicapped and Visually Impaired candidates).
Validity of UGC NET Certificate
Candidates who meet the minimum UGC NET cut-off marks for their respective years will be eligible to obtain UGC NET e-certificate.
