HPCL Graduate Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

To consider for the selection process, it is necessary for candidates to meet the eligibility criteria set by the organization. Candidates belonging to General, OBC-NC and EWS categories would have secured minimum 60% total marks in their qualification degrees. Meanwhile, candidates for SC, ST, and PWBD categories require at least 50% total marks.

Age limit on 30-05-2025

The organization has defined both the minimum and maximum age limit as part of the eligibility criteria. The minimum age limit is 18 years, and it will be calculated on 30 May 2025.

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Selection Process 2025

According to the official notification, HPCL will conduct an individual interview as part of the selection process. The temporary month for interview is June 2025, although candidates are advised to regularly check updates or changes on the official website.

The final All India Merit List will be prepared on the basis of the educational performance of the candidate in his engineering degree and his score received in the interview.

HPCL is also offering a monthly stipend to selected graduate trainees. On selecting, engineering graduates will get a total stipend of 25,000 per month.
