Prelims results are out on 05 April 2025, and the Mains exam is expected to be held on 05 May 2025. If you have approved the first barrier, it is time to double on your preparation. Analyze, do not regret
Before the next attempt or jumping into the exam, take time to reflect your preparation strategy. Was your basics strong? Did you give enough fake tests? Was the time management an issue? Analyze the performance of your prelims, identify weak areas, and understand where you have gone from. Instead of regretting on the missing occasion, consider this experience as a response from the examination itself.
Explore other opportunities
Failing SBI PO does not mean the end of your banking or government job dream. There are many other opportunities, IBPS PO, RRB PO, LIC AAO, Nabard, RBI, IDBI exam and more. Each of these examinations has its own pattern and difficulty level, but your current preparation will not be wasted.
And now, various banks recruit local bank officials (LBOs), which is an equivalent post as PO. In fact, with some purification, you will be prepared better and will be more aware of what to expect. Keep an eye on upcoming information and apply with a new mentality.
Reorganization of your preparation strategy
This is time to upgrade your strategy, not leave it. If you are deficient in mock tests, increase your practice with timed tests. Get guidance from a study group, or an online class, or from toppers. Most importantly, keep sticking to a routine. Many successful candidates cracked the next time SBI PO or similar examinations in their second or third attempt.
