eligibility criteria

- Experience: Two years’ experience in executive roles in general administration, personnel or industrial relations in an industrial or Government organization.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical),
- Essential Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
- Desirable Experience: Two years working experience in Mechanical Engineering discipline in Industrial/Commercial/Govt. Undertaking.

- OBC: 3 years

Selection Process for IPA Recruitment 2025
Selection will be based on performance in online examination and possibly interview. The online exam consists of four sections:
