(1) Trainee Junior Officer
- Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks. They must also have passed matriculation examination with Marathi as a subject. - Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in banking sector is required, preferably as an officer in an urban or DCC bank. - Age Limit:
Candidates age should be between 23 to 32 years as on 31.08.2024. (Born on or after 31.08.1992)
(2) Trainee Associate
- Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks is required. The candidate must have passed Matriculation examination with Marathi as one of the subjects. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed the Government Commercial Certificate Examination for Typing. - Experience:
No prior experience is necessary. - Age Limit:
Candidates age should be between 21 to 28 years as on 31.08.2024. (Born on or after 31.08.1996)

Stipend during the training period is Rs. 30,000 per month. After successfully completing the training, the total emoluments will be around Rs. 49,000 per month.
(2) Trainee Associate:
Stipend during the training period will be Rs. 25,000 per month. The total remuneration after training will be around Rs. 32,000 per month.

Selection of candidates for MSC Bank Recruitment 2024 will be based on the following:
(1) Trainee Junior Officer,
- online exam:Candidates must qualify an online test that tests their professional knowledge, English language skills, banking awareness and quantitative ability.
- personal interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview on the basis of their online examination scores.
(2) Trainee Associate
- preliminary examination:Candidates will have to undergo preliminary examination which will include English Language, Reasoning Ability and Numerical Ability.
- main exam: Candidates successful in the preliminary examination will be invited to appear for the main examination, which will consist of General Awareness, English Language, Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability and Computer Knowledge.
- Last selection: Final selection will be based on marks obtained in both preliminary and main examinations.
