- The candidate should not be below the rank of Deputy. Secretary to the Government of India or equivalent.
- They should have an impeccable service record and not be more than 55 years of age.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate must have “Very Good” or higher grading in the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) for the last five years.
- Candidates should not have worked as CVO in the organization they are applying for.
