NIT Trichy Summer Internship 2025: The National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (NIT Triachi) officially released the merit list for its summer internship program 2025, which has drew significant attention from graduate students across India.

NIT Trichy Summer Internship 2025 Program Overview
The internship, especially open to non-nine students, will be between May 1 and July 31, 2025, participants will be allowed to select a minimum duration of 4 weeks and maximum 8 weeks based on mutual facility between students and faculty patrons. This flexible structure is ideal for students aimed at achieving technical risks while balanced by balanced the academic schedule.
Each selected student is associated with faculty mentors of various NITT departments such as computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, chemical engineering, management studies, mathematics, and more. The selection process requires applicants to secure a condition for application submissions, to communicate directly with faculty masters via email and secure their consent.

According to the official list released on April 15, 2025, hundreds of applicants from reputed institutions – IITs, NITs (besides NITT), VIT, SRM, SASTRA, SSN, and among various central and state universities are included for reputed slots. The final list consists of students of a wide range of subjects such as engineering, science, management and humanities.
There are students in the merit list who have submitted full applications with a verified consent from the faculty masters. Applicants were not considered without consent or with incomplete applications. For example, students such as Vishnu Kanna SS (Government College of Engineering, Bargur) and Rohit Raj (Government Engineering College, Banka, Bihar) were successfully selected, while others such as Igdu and SRM to Akshay Ladda were not selected due to the absence of faculty letters.

Steps to reach merit list
- Go to the official merit list link: Merit list is available in Google spreadsheet format.
- Navigate on relevant tab: Once the spreadsheet opens, make sure that you are looking at “selected students” or similar right tab.
- Search for your name or college,
- Using browser search: To open the search bar, press Ctrl + F (or on MAC on CMD + F).
- Enter your details: To find out your entry, type your name, email ID, or college name.
