OSSC CGL Selection Process 2024

The selection process for Odisha CGL Group B & C Posts will be conducted in 3 stages i.e. Preliminary Examination and a Main Examination and Certificate Verification. Candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will be called to appear in the main examination of Odisha Staff Selection Commission after certificate verification. OSSC CGL Main Exam consists of 2 papers, Paper 1 for Language Paper (Oriya and English) and Paper 2 for General Studies. Here we have covered all the topics of main exam syllabus for Paper 1 (Language) and Paper 2 (General Studies) that will be asked in the Combined Graduate Level Examination.

Candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will have to appear in the main examination which will be of total 200 marks consisting of two papers of 100 marks each.

  1. For OSSC CGL Main Exam, there will be 2 papers.
  2. Questions in Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be of both multiple choice and short answer type.
  3. Each paper will be of 100 marks and 2.5 hours duration.
