OSSTET Syllabus 2024 and Exam Pattern

OSSTET syllabus and exam pattern is released by BSE. Odisha on its official website. Candidates who are applying for OSSTET 2024 exam must check all the details related to OSSTET exam pattern and syllabus. The exam pattern of OSSTET 2024 exam is given for different papers i.e. TGT CBZ/PCM and TGT Science. TGT Arts, Hindi/Telugu/Urdu/Sanskrit Teacher, Physical Education Teacher.

OSSTET Paper 1 syllabus and exam pattern consists of four sections for different teaching categories including TGT CBZ/PCM, TGT Science, TGT Arts and Hindi/Telugu/Urdu/Sanskrit Teacher. Section I consists of Language I (Oriya), consisting of 20 questions, worth 20 marks, and Section II consists of Language II (English), consisting of 20 questions, also worth 20 marks. Section III consists of subject-specific material: TGT CBZ/PCM (Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics, Physics), TGT Science (Chemistry), and TGT Arts (Geography, Economics, History, Political Science) comprising of 60 There will be 60 questions of marks. Section IV covers Child Development, Pedagogy, School Management and Evaluation, consisting of 50 questions of 50 marks. Total exam consists of 150 questions, totaling 150 marks.

OSSTET Syllabus 2024 and Exam Pattern for Paper 2

OSSTET Paper 2 covers the key concepts of CPEd for aspiring Physical Education teachers in Odisha. And B.P.Ed. Programs, such as theory and history of physical education, teaching methods, substituting and coaching, as well as general knowledge on child development, pedagogy, school management and evaluation.

The OSSTET Paper 2 syllabus for Physical Education Teacher consists of four sections. Section I focuses on Language – I (MIL – Oriya), consisting of 20 questions of 20 marks, while Section II comprises of Language – II (English), also consisting of 20 questions of 20 marks. Section III contains 60 questions from the content of CPED. And B.P.Ed. course, of 60 marks. Section IV consists of Child Development, Pedagogy, School Management and Evaluation with 50 questions of 50 marks each. Total exam consists of 150 questions, totaling 150 marks.
