What is the eligibility for labor card?

• The applicant must be working in the unorganized sector.
• The applicant must be a native of India.
• The age of the applicant should be between 18 years to 40 years.
• Should not work in organized sectors under EPF/NPS/ESIC.
• The monthly income of the applicant should not be more than Rs 15000.
• The applicant should not pay income tax.
• The applicant must be a resident of the same state from which he is applying for the labor card.

How to apply online for labor card

1. To apply online for labor card, first of all you have to go to the official website of your state’s labor department.

4. You will have to enter your name, email, mobile number and Aadhar card number.
5. You will have to confirm your mobile number and email.
6. After this you have to click on the submit button.
