What is the eligibility for labor card?
- The applicant must be working in the unorganized sector.
- The applicant must be a native of India.
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 years to 40 years.
- Should not work in organized sectors under EPF/NPS/ESIC.
- The monthly income of the applicant should not be more than Rs 15000.
- The applicant should not pay income tax.
- The applicant must be a resident of the same state from which he is applying for the labor card.

- To apply online for labor card, first of all you have to go to the official website of your state’s labor department.
- Here you have to click on New Labor Card Registration option.

- You will have to enter your name, email, mobile number and Aadhar card number.
- You will have to confirm your mobile number and email.
- After this you have to click on the submit button.
