  • Street vendors must have identity cards or vending certificates issued by urban local bodies (ULBs).
  • In such cases where street vendors were identified in the survey, but vending certificates or identity cards are not found, provisional vending certificates will be made for the street vendors.
  • Street vendors who were left out of the ULB-led identification survey or who have started vending after the completion of the survey, have been sent Letters of Recommendation (LOAR) by both the ULB or the Town Vending Committee (TVC).
  • Street vendors, who are vending in nearby developments or in rural or sub-urban areas, are within the geographical limits of the LB and have been issued a Letter of Recommendation (LOAR) by the LB or TVC.

How to apply under the scheme

  • To apply for this scheme, first of all you have to register for PM Swanidhi Yojana. official website will go on.

  • You have to select the loan as per your choice.
  • After clicking on the Apply Loan option, a new page will open in front of you.
  • Here you will be asked for your mobile number.
  • After entering the mobile number, you will have to enter your captcha code below.
  • Now you have to click on Request OTP.
  • After entering the OTP, you will have to click on the login button.
  • Now the application form will open in front of you.
  • After filling the application form properly, you will have to upload all the required documents.
  • At last you have to click on the submit button.
  • After that a print out of that form will have to be taken.
  • After taking the print out, you will have to attach all the necessary documents and go to the nearest bank and deposit it.
  • You will get the loan after approval by the bank.
