Rajasthan PTET Consult 2025 Process

Once the Rajasthan PTET exam 2025 results are released, the selected candidates will have to fill the counseling session to choose a college with a registration fee of Rs. 5000 through online mode on the official website. The counseling session has been held online.

• The main objective of the online counseling session is the allocation of the college/institute to the candidates.
• Candidates who do not participate in the counseling session or refuse to accept the allotted college/institute will lose their PTET merit status and opportunity to get admission in the course.
• The candidate of the college/institute filled in its registration form for seat allocation online counseling will be based on merit, faculty, teaching subjects and choice.
• Candidates will not be allocated their college/institutions on the basis of their place, hometown, or any other basis, except the provisions mentioned in the rules.

Steps to apply for PTET consultation process 2025

Candidates will have to register for online counseling session. In the following section, candidates will get detailed instructions for the registration process for the online counseling session. This registration fee will be adjusted in the overall fee, if the candidates receive through the counseling session and join the allotted college/institute.

• Candidates will have to fill the counseling registration form by reaching the official website and selecting the applied course.
• They need to deposit the registration fee in the bank to get the challan.

• Check the allocation: Login on the counseling portal and check your allotted seat.
• Approval and Fee Payment: If you are satisfied with the allotted seat, you have to accept it online and pay the entry fee (around 2000) within the stipulated time frame). This confirms your acceptance of the seat.
• Reporting to college: On successful fee payment, download your allocation letter and report to the allotted college with the documents required for further admission procedures.

Important guidelines for PTET Consultation 2025

• College Selection: Candidates can choose from any number available colleges without any limit. However, the allocation will be based on qualification, the number of seats available, category, sub-grains, etc.
• Counseling Process: In the initial stages of the PTET 2025 online counseling process, candidates will have to enter the counseling ID provided on their mark sheet and pay a fee of Rs. 5000/- either online or through e-Mitra.
• Fee Return Policy:
  • If a candidate does not get a college allocation, then Rs. 200/- will be deducted from the registration fee, and Rs. 4800/- will be returned.
  • If a candidate fails to report and pay the remaining fee after college allocation, then Rs. 600/- the fee will be deducted from the amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Communications: Candidates should ensure that their registered mobile number is active, as college allocation information will be sent to the mobile number provided during PTET counseling 2025 registration.
• Entry confirmation: To confirm the admission, candidates are required to upload the required documents on the student login portal and submit an entry fee of the rupee. 22000/- through E-Mitra or ICICI Bank. Once paid the fee, the concerned college will verify all the documents and send the allocation. If the documents are not verified by the college, then Rs. 1000/- will be deducted from the registration fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  Non-Refund Policy: Once the allotment is presented and the entry fee is presented, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
