Ability
- Full time degree from a recognized university.
- Full time degree or diploma in social sciences (recognized by the state government).
- Must have knowledge of Hindi and local language spoken by factory workers.

(2) Supervisor (Production/Laboratory):
Ability
- First Class Full Time Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology, Chemical Technology or Chemical Engineering.
- Higher qualification like B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Eng.) will also be considered.

(3) Supervisor (Technical Security):
Ability
- First class full time Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.

(4) Supervisor (Electrical):

- First Class Full Time Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
