Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially announced SSC Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) Recruitment for 312 vacancies. The objective of the recruitment is to fill the posts like Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator.
The examination for these posts will be conducted in two phases: Tier 1 and Tier 2, with the exam to be conducted in October 2024.

The selection process for SSC JHT 2024 consists of four stages:
Tier 1: Preliminary Written Examination
- Type: Computer Based Examination
- Objective: To assess the proficiency of the candidates in General Hindi and General English through multiple choice questions.
Tier 2: Follow-up Written Examination
- Type: descriptive paper
- Objective: To evaluate the translation skills of the candidates and their ability to write essays in both Hindi and English.
