Changes in Vande Bharat trains

Vande Bharat trains have been given special importance in the new time table. Several changes have been made in the timings and routes of these high-speed trains:

  • 20887/20888 Ranchi-Varanasi-Ranchi Vande Bharat Express: Now this train will run 6 days a week except Thursday.
  • 20893/20894 Tatanagar-Patna-Tatanagar Vande Bharat Express: The timing of this train has been changed to 6:10 am.
  • 22345/22346 Patna-Ranchi Vande Bharat Express: Now this train will run 6 days a week except Friday.
  • 22303/22304 Howrah-Gaya Vande Bharat Express: The route of this train has been changed from Howrah to Gaya.

Changes in express and mail trains

Changes have also been made to the timings and numbers of several major express and mail trains:

  • Rajdhani Express: Rajdhani Express from Delhi to Mumbai will now run at 5:00 pm instead of 4:55 pm.
  • Shatabdi Express: The timing of New Delhi-Bhopal Shatabdi Express has been advanced by 10 minutes.

Expansion of train routes

  • 16381/16382 Kanyakumari-Mumbai CST Express: Now this train will run three days a week.
  • 06795/06796 Tirunelveli-Chennai Egmore Special: This train has been converted into a regular service.

Western Railway

  • 12009/12010 Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express: The timing of this train has been advanced by 5 minutes.
  • 19119/19120 Ahmedabad-Somnath Intercity Express: Now this train will run daily.
  • 69171/69172 Vadodara-Dahod MEMU: The new number of this train will be 69171/69172.
