UP Police Jail Warder Exam Pattern 2025

The UP Police Jail Warden Examination 2025 The Written Tests of Aurm-Copes consists of four main subjects, which are general Hindi, general knowledge, numerical and mental capacity testing, and mental ability/intelligence/arguments. There will be 150 questions asked for a total of 300 marks. Each question will take a weightage of 2 digits, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates will have a 2 -hour time limit to complete their exam.

Up Police Jail Warden Physical Test 2025

The UP Police Jail Warder Physical Test includes a Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). PST involves measuring height, weight and chest extension, while assessing pets, push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups and rope.

Physical standard test

  • Height: The male candidate of General/OBC/SC categories should be 168 cm, and female candidates should be 152 cm.
  • weight: Male candidates should be 50 kg, and female candidates should have 40 kg.
  • Chest: Male candidates should have a minimum chest of 79 cm without expansion with 84 cm with measurement and expansion.

Physical efficiency test

  • run: Male candidates will have to run 4.8 km in 25 minutes, and female candidates will have to run 2.4 km in 14 minutes.
  • Push up: Candidates will have to do 13 push-ups.
  • Sit-ups: Candidates should perform 25 sit-ups.
  • Chin-up: Candidates should demonstrate 6 chin-ups.
  • Rope climb: Candidates should climb on a rope of 3-4 meters.
