UTET Syllabus 2024 and New Exam Pattern Paper 1 & 2


Uttarakhand Board of School Education has released the UTET Syllabus 2024, which is divided into two papers: Paper I and Paper II. UTET exam questions will be based on the major chapters and topics mentioned in this syllabus. Candidates should focus their preparation on the important areas highlighted in the UTET Syllabus 2024. Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education (UBSE) has outlined the UTET 2024 exam structure. Candidates are required to appear for Paper I to qualify to teach classes 1 to 5 and Paper II to qualify to teach classes 6 to 8. For more details, see the table below. UTET 2024 notification has been released, and the application process is now open.

Use Exam Pattern

Uttarakhand Board of School Education will conduct the UTET exam 2024. To perform well, candidates should thoroughly understand the UTET Exam Pattern 2024 mentioned in the table below. Both Paper I and Paper II consist of 150 questions with a total duration of 150 minutes. Each correct answer gets 1 mark, there is no deduction for wrong answers. Candidates are advised to review the table carefully for a complete overview.

6. UTET Syllabus 2024 Environmental Studies

The world of life covers a wide range of topics that are important for understanding our environment and promoting well-being. It includes knowledge about health and diseases, food and nutrition, and personal hygiene, all of which contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Understanding the complexities of our environment requires understanding basic environmental components such as air, water, forests, deserts, pollution and energy resources.

Becoming familiar with the effects of pollution on the environment, as well as plant and animal life, helps one appreciate the delicate balance of nature. In addition, insights into transportation and communication, occupation, matter and energy, clothing and housing, and family dynamics provide a broader perspective on daily life. Our culture, civilization, public spaces and institutions significantly shape our society.

Environmental pedagogy, which blends concepts from both science and social science, underlines the importance of environmental study and education. It focuses on understanding the scope and importance of environmental elements while using effective teaching principles and strategies to thoroughly present these concepts.

7. UTET Syllabus 2024 Social Science
