A. Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Universities, colleges or higher education institutions should have a professor/associate professor with at least 15 years of teaching/research experience.

- A minimum 110 research score according to Appendix II, Table 2.
B. Tenure:
- The selected principal will be appointed for a 5 -year term, which can be extended for another 5 years based on the performance assessed by the University Committee.
- After completing the tenure, the opinion can return to its original organization with the designation of the professor in the appropriate grade.
