Coal India Limited (CIL), a Maharatan public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Coal, CIL wants to include young, energetic and dynamic individuals as management trainees (MT) in various subjects. The recruitment process is conducted through online applications, followed by computer -based tests (CBT) and later selection processes. The purpose of this initiative is to identify and nurture talent, ensuring the continuous leadership of the company in the coal industry.
CIL MT selection process
Cil MT will be based on marks obtained in selection Computer based online test (CBT) only. Details about the date of CBT will be informed through the admit card for CBT.
A) Candidates should make sure Complete all eligibility criteria before applyingThe entry into a computer -based online test is provisional, and if shortlisted, their candidature will be subject to document verification. Any presenting of failure to meet false information, fabricated documents, or eligibility criteria will cancel the candidature immediately.
B) Candidates can choose Three tests city in order of preference during online application, Which cannot be changed later. CIL has the right to allocate any test to the city and amend the list of cities based on the number of applicants.

C) Final qualification panel Only the computer based online test will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained. The final list of selected candidates against vacancies will be uploaded on the CIL website. These candidates will be informed about the document verification (DV) And preliminary medical examination (IME) on CIL website and only on their registered e-mail ID.

CIL MT application fee
Candidates in general (UR), OBC and EWS categories will have to pay non-1,180 (₹ 1,000 + ₹ 180 GST) through online mode only. SC/ST/PWBD candidates and CIL employees are exempted from fees. Payments should be made through specified online method, and CIL is not responsible for payment made for incorrect accounts. The fee is non-worthy qualified and will not be adjusted for future recruitment activities. Candidates must verify their eligibility before applying, as no other fee is charged by CIL
