Apart from this, some experts were also saying that when the Eighth Pay Commission will be implemented then the fitment factor will be increased to 2.86. But all these things have no importance because until the government does not take any decision regarding the 8th Pay Commission.

Salary after implementation of 8th pay commission

When our Central Government implements the Eighth Pay Commission, then pensioners and employees will benefit a lot. For information, let us tell you that if the Eighth Pay Commission is made, then your minimum salary which is Rs 18000 will see a huge increase.

In this way, if the fitment factor in the 8th Pay Commission is multiplied by 2.86, then your minimum salary can reach Rs 34560. Along with this, the pension of pensioners will also be increased. Let us tell you that then the minimum pension you can get is up to Rs 17280.

After formation of 8th Pay Commission, dearness allowance will also be beneficial.

When the Eighth Pay Commission will be implemented, then apart from the increase in minimum basic salary, dearness allowance will also increase. For your information, let us tell you that dearness allowance will be provided to government employees and pensioners only under the new pay commission. In this way, apart from government employees, pensioners will also get a lot of relief from inflation.

Union Minister of State for Finance has said this regarding 8th Pay Commission

Regarding the Eighth Pay Commission, the Union Minister of State for Finance has said that at present the government is not considering it. Let us tell you that Pankaj Chaudhary has said in the Parliament that there is still time for the Seventh Pay Commission to end. Therefore, only when the time comes will the government take a decision on the proposal of the Seventh Pay Commission.

The Seventh Pay Commission was brought in the year 2014. So now it has been almost 10 years since it came into effect. But the Central Government does not yet have any proposal regarding the Eighth Pay Commission. Apart from this, the Minister of State for Finance also said that if the Central Government takes any decision regarding 8th Pay Commission, then its information will be made public.

So now Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary has made it clear that at present no date has been set for the Eighth Pay Commission. Due to this, all the central employees and pensioners are very disappointed. In fact, for a long time all the employees were sitting in the hope that the government would soon implement the Eighth Pay Commission.

Employees are dissatisfied due to delay in formation of 8th Pay Commission
