Maharatna PSU
Maharatna PSUs are selected from among those PSUs that hold Navratna status and must be listed on the Indian Stock Exchange meeting the minimum prescribed public shareholding as per SEBI regulations. To get Maharatna status the following conditions have to be fulfilled:
- The average annual turnover of the PSU during the last 3 years is more than Rs. 25,000 crores.
