- English stenographer (Group B): Bachelor’s degree, 80 WPM English shorthand speed, 30 WPM typing speed, computer training certificate.
- Lower Division Assistant (Group C): Pass medium (10th standard) examination, computer training certificate and knowledge of Bengali.
- Data entry operator (Group C): One year diploma in computer application, typing the speed of at least 8000 major depression per hour.
