CSC Aadhaar UCL Activation Drive Enrollment Agency Registrar Code


today across the country CSC Aadhaar Update Client Lite (UCL) an important part of activation drive Has been organized. This initiative is for all VLEs (Village Level Entrepreneurs) who aim to mark their presence by activating and syncing the UCL machine at their centre.

purpose of drive

The objective of this campaign is to ensure that UCL machines at all CSC centers function properly and VLEs can provide timely Aadhaar update services to citizens through digital services.

Important instructions for VLE

  1. Syncing a UCL machine:
    • Every VLE needs to be trained at least once a day. Syncing your UCL machine once Is mandatory.
    • This ensures that the machine’s software and data remain updated and there is no interruption in service.
  2. 10 Generating PAC (Processing Authentication Code):
    • Every VLE must register himself/herself in his/her Digital Seva Portal using CSC ID at least Generate 10 PAC Codes Will have to do.
    • UCL’s servers are not required to generate the PAC code.
    • Generated PAC Safe Keep. These codes can be used in the Aadhaar update process of any customer in future.

    Process to generate PAC:

    1. Login to the Digital Seva Portal with your CSC ID.
    2. Go to Aadhaar Update section.
    3. Click on Generate PAC Code option and follow the instructions.
    4. Save the code.

EA – 670 Baroda UP Gramin Bank

Those VLEs whose enrollment agency code is showing “*670-Baroda UP Gramin Bank*” should select “670” in the registrar code and continue!

Your NSEIT account has been blocked

All VLEs whose NSEIT portal has been blocked should do new registration by linking their new mobile number to their Aadhaar.

206 – CSC e-Governance Services India Limited

All VLEs who are getting Enrollment Agency Code “*206- CSC e-governance services India limited*” on NSEIT Portal should directly submit the Authorization Letter and continue! And go to the payment option and select your correct Enrollment agency code and Registrar code.

635 HDFC Bank Limited

Those VLEs whose enrollment agency code is showing “*635 – HDFC Bank Limited*” should select “*635*” in the registrar code and continue.

EA 99999 UIDAI

All VLEs who are getting Enrollment Agency Code “*99999- EA UIDAI*” on NSEIT Portal should directly submit the Authorization Letter and continue! And go to the payment option and select your correct Enrollment agency code and Registrar code.

1325 – Alankit Limited

All VLEs who are getting Enrollment Agency Code “*1325-Alankit Limited*” on NSEIT Portal should directly submit the Authorization Letter and continue! And go to the payment option and select your correct Enrollment agency code and Registrar code.
