NSPCL Vacancies Selection Process 2025

As mentioned in the notification PDF, the selection process for NSPCL Technical Assistant post will consist of two stages: a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and a Skill Test.

Stage 1: Computer Based Testing (CBT)
There will be 120 questions in CBT. Of these, 40 questions will cover general subjects like General Knowledge, English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning, while the remaining 80 questions will be discipline-specific related to business. The minimum qualifying marks for CBT is 40%. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours, and each correct answer will carry 1 mark. For each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted from the total marks.

Step 2: Skill Test
On the basis of performance in CBT, candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise in the ratio of 1:5 for the skill test, which will be conducted in the second phase. Please note that the skill test is qualifying in nature, and candidates must obtain a minimum of 40% marks to pass. However, marks obtained in the skill test will not contribute to the final selection score.

Candidates who successfully clear both the stages will be considered for further recruitment processes.

NSPCL Technical Assistant Salary
